July 08, 2024UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICSI do not have any prior engagement with Dr Pham but if initial perceptions are a key indicator of his typical care, this was a complete failure. 15 minutes that could have been done over the phone or on a computer. Never once did he do any type of physical exam and our only contact was a handshake. 800 miles round trip for 15 minutes of wasted time¿¿if there was any benefit in my physical presence sitting in an exam room I would love to hear what was the medical benefit.

He is understanding and caring. He, as well as his whole team really care and go the extra mile to be there at this hard time of my life.
