24-Hour On-Call Videoconferencing

In areas with fewer health care professionals, there is limited access to professionals who can diagnosis and treat stroke patients when time is a challenge. Using real-time videoconferencing and TeleRadiology, 麻豆学生精品版's TeleStroke Program provides 24-hour on-call neurologists to community hospitals to help with diagnosis and treatment of stroke patients.

The TeleStroke Program overcomes geographic and transportation barriers with reliable technology that allows immediate access to stroke experts who can provide consultation.

  • Provide emergent access to specialized acute stroke care for the Mountain West region through TeleStroke

Our TeleStroke Program is one of the nation's longest-standing and most established initiatives of its kind. As expert innovators in Telehealth stroke consultation, we've collaborated with more than 25 rural and urban sites across six Mountain West states. Our overarching vision is to provide world-class stroke care to every individual affected by neurovascular disease at any place, any time.
